Description
A replica of Tomme de Savoie. A mild, semi-firm cow’s milk cheese with a beige interior and a thick brownish-grey rind. It has numerous irregular “eyes” spread throughout the ivory-colored paste.
Storage: Refrigerate at 0 – 4 C.
Shelf life under these conditions is up to 12 months from the production date.
