Kaliandra honey comes from a variety of flowers of plants in the genus Calliandra, known for their impressive inflorescences and their striking colours. Flamboyant and Mimosa trees both belong to this genus. This honey is highly floral, with a golden and clear complexion.

Mono-floral honeys are comprised of at least 90% of honey made from a particular blossom.
