These wonderful eggs come from certified organic sources in Paynggan. The chickens are left to roam free, and fed with the byproducts of the cultivation of the organic veggies/rice from the entire subak.
Though slightly smaller than the factory farmed ones, these eggs have a wonderful and distinctive taste that will give your breakfast and baked goods a definite local “edge”. We receive these as freshly laid (no more than 2 days) every week, to guarantee the freshness of the product, which we regularly test also.
