Ceherang Rice is known for its delicate texture, quick cooking time, and long grains. This particular batch was grown by a man with a distinct passion for organic agriculture – Pak Sunarka, from the area of Payangan. His goal is to spread organic food to his fellow islanders, and for his people to return to more wholesome and healthy eating habits.
