Athan is a bloomy cheese rind, one of Mazaraat’s signature cheeses. It has a beautiful creamy with a subtle earthy flavor and the delicious runny inner part when well-matured. Athan is made by replicating the traditional method of Brillat Savarin in smaller round shapes.
Storage: Refrigerate at 0– 4 C.
Shelf life under these conditions is up to 3 months from the production date.
